At Cocky®, every product is carefully formulated to deliver the best possible results—transparently and effectively. We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you need to return a product, just reach out—we’ll take care of it for you.


Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product

If any of the above apply, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery by emailing us at care@cockylife.com.

Please note:
No return, refund, or replacement claim will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.


Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety standards, personal care products such as shampoos, serums, or any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are non-returnable, unless they fall under the eligible cases listed above.


Return Process

  • Once we receive your request, please allow us up to 48 hours to review it.
  • If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, and unused.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the reported issue is verified, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, unless otherwise communicated by our team.


Legal Terms

This policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws of India. In case of any conflict, the provisions of relevant Indian laws shall prevail.

All disputes arising from returns, refunds, or this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
